Adoram Miniature Schnauzers
Sales Contract and Health Guarantee
In agreement between Adoram Miniature Schnauzers, hereafter referred to as the “Seller”, being the owner of a companion pet quality Miniature Schnauzer puppy further described as:

And, (your name), hereafter referred to as the “Buyer”, desirous of purchasing the above described puppy.
The Buyer shall pay a purchase price of (AMOUNT), as well as any and all shipping charges and related expenses with regard to the delivery of the puppy to the Buyer. The Seller hereby conveys one companion pet quality Miniature Schnauzer (sex) puppy under the following warranties and conditions and no other warranties or conditions wither expressed or implied.
1. The above-described puppy is purebred, and registerable with the CKC (Continental Kennel Club) a registration application, has been given to, or will be mailed to the Buyer within 10 days of receipt of the puppy an final payment on the puppy.
2. The above-described puppy may for any reason be returned prepaid to the Seller within 48 hours. Buyer shall assume full responsibility for the health, anatomical make-up, and appearance of the above-described puppy during the said 48 hour period. If the condition of the puppy has changed in any of the categories mentioned in the previous sentence, the seller is relieved of obligation to return the full amount of the purchase price, otherwise the full purchase price, minus the non-refundable (amount) deposit shall be refunded. Any claim of change in the puppy by the seller must be communicated to the Buyer within 48 hours.
3. The Buyer shall provide the dog with adequate food, fresh water, shelter, affection, love and medical care, including all necessary shots and medication recommended by a licensed veterinarian.
4. The Buyer shall provide veterinary care upon sickness, disease, or injury and shall take the dog to a veterinarian at least once a year for an annual health examination and necessary vaccinations.
5. The Buyer shall provide the dog with a fully fenced yard or other humane means of exercise. The dog shall not be kept constantly chained or outdoors.
6. The Buyer shall provide a collar and identification tag/microchip for the dog to wear at all times.
7. The Buyer agrees that this dog is not to be used for breeding purposes. It should be spayed or neutered.
8. If the dog cannot be kept by the Buyer, the Buyer shall notify the Seller immediately. The dog shall not be sold, transferred, or given to any individual or to any retail or wholesale establishment for the purpose of sale or resale to the public, not to any research institution where medical experimentation or other practices take place.
9. This puppy is guaranteed for one year against congenital defects. Should a documented congenital (born-with) defect arise within the puppy’s first year of life that limits the puppy’s ability to function as a companion pet or results in the death of the puppy; the puppy will be replaced free of charge from the next litter. This is a replacement ONLY policy. Nor refunds will be given.
10. The Buyer and Seller agree to keep each other informed of their current addresses.
11. It is noted that the puppy has received (see vaccination record). In addition to these vaccinations, the puppy has been dewormed at all time suggested by our veterinarian. It is further required by the Seller that the Buyer have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receipt of the puppy to guarantee it’s future health and well being.
